I'm Rupa, the leader of Bye Bye Plastic Bags Singapore, where we believe that plastic consumption should be reduced as much as possible. I also co-founded an initiative called Hazy Waste, where we encourage food stall owners to switch to sustainable palm oil. Last year, I had the honour of being the Official Green Ambassador of Singapore's National Day Parade which was titled the most sustainable NDP of all time. I am a passionate environmentalist who fervently believes in "If not me, then who?".
