An Interview with

From the age of 18, she has been involved in search and rescue operations for people crossing the deadly Aegean and Mediterranean seas off the coast of Greece and Italy and in grassroots projects in the refugee camps in Greece. She has witnessed the plight and suffering of dislocated people in Europe and the injustice in the immigration systems on this continent. She's fighting for the human rights of displaced people to be upheld because every human deserves to be treated equally. Today, she's studying a Master’s degree in Refugee Care at The University of Essex to expand my knowledge and understanding of displacement and migration for further work in this field.
