Emma Batty Sukerta is a 16 year old environmental activist based in Jakarta. She is an IB student in the Australian Independent School Jakarta. She is the leader of Bye Bye Plastic Bags Jakarta, co-founder of Mari Kita Bahas and member of Project Buzz Idn, Jaga Rimba and Trash Hero. Her love and passion for the environment stems from her Balinese background of beach cleanups and her vegan lifestyle. She is also an active member in the MUN community, being a participant of 5 and chair for 6.
