Dara was born and raised in the North Sumatera highland called Karo. Graduated as a bachelor of psychology, her work field is always connected with students and environment. She is the Project Leader of Bye Bye Plastic Bags which is an initiative driven by youth to say no to single used plastic bags. She oversees projects of Bye Bye Plastic Bags around the world, with 60 teams led by youth. Education is one of her biggest passions and taking action to create change is what she wants to achieve.
